Payments must be made according to the specified schedule. Any delays or failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking or additional charges.

  • To Accept INR Payment Or Security Deposit We Require Passport & Pan Card Copies Of All The Guests Travelling, Otherwise Payment Will Not Be Accepted.
  • Kindly Note That Visa Will Be Rejected If Proper Documents Are Not Provided And The Charge Will Bear By The Party Only.

  • Booking is not made yet and booking confirmation will be made based on hotel availability.
  • Changes may apply to the itinerary depending on weather, traffic, and any other conditions.
  • All flight schedules, cancellations, and delays are solely the responsibility of the respective airline.
  • Our company is not responsible for missed connections, sightseeing, or hotel bookings due to cancellations, and delays.
  • Tour fare may change depending on availability of hotel & transfers etc.
  • Coach & guide usage must be 10 hrs. in a day (maximum 10 hrs. strictly as per local law)
  • $5 per person per day tipping is must for the Coach Drivers
  • We need extra assignment of coach & guide if timings are increasing.
