Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight. Delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal- functions, political disturbances, taxes etc.

All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and services at the time of confirmation.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in taxes, fuel prices, or government policies.
Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the guest.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and not at disposal unless mentioned.
Air conditioning in vehicles may be switched off during hill drives as per government rules.
Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in at hotels.
No refund will be provided for unused services or missed sightseeing.
Any dispute will be subject to jurisdiction as per our registered office location.

Cancellation Policy

31 Days – 70 Days	30% of Tour Price + Air Ticket Cancellation Charges
16 Days – 30 Days	60% of Tour Price + Air Ticket Cancellation Charges
8 Days – 15 Days	80% of Tour Price + Air Ticket Cancellation Charges
4 Days – 7 Days	90% of Tour Price + Air Ticket Cancellation Charges
Within 72 Hours	No Refund Allowed

Rs.20000 Non-Refundable at any point of Cancellation after Registration

Payment Policy

Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 25% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
Payments must be made according to the specified schedule. Any delays or failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking or additional charges.
Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
